Arraignment, Bail, Bonds, Pretrial Or Bond with Warrant

My husband was given an O.R Bond in one county but has a warrant for his arrest in another. He is currently still in jail awaiting to be picked up by the other county. It has been 3 days since he was given the O.R bond. Is there a time limit in Missouri as to how long the other county has to pick him up? Is it possible to be released by the current jail because he was not picked up by the other county?

according to the type of crime he has a warrant for..usually 7-10 days..and yes he will be released if they do not pick him up within that amount of time but if the counties are pretty close they'll be there rest assured..
