At my workplace recently, one person and likely more have been stealing cash in various ways. One subordinate made a claim against another, and the person involved admitted to the theft when being interviewed. When I think back I recall someone telling me that this situation could be going on. Should I be concerned that this has been going on and that I hadn't seen, or been able to do anything about it. I had looked at trends and history's but nothing stood out as an indicator. I'm concerned that the person who told me about this will be interviewed and say that I knew about it. I have since left due to the stress and betrayal that I have felt since this began.

What betrayal? What stress?

What position did you hold?

What makes you think anyone will accuse you of knowing about - what? That there was stealing going on? Or who was stealing?

I can't make heads or tails of your question. Clarification please?
