my 19th month old nephew was placed in my custody by dhs i have been his guardian for a year his mother hasnt completed anything cps told her to i just found out shes pregnat will she be able to keep the baby or will cps take it due to the open case

yes if cps steps in then im gna request guardinship so my nephew an his sibling will be together
