Online "Sticker" Store

I want to open a business in which people buy stickers. For every sticker someone buys they are entered into a contest to win a prize. The prize could be cash or could be something like a PS3 or something of that nature.

Since technically they are buying the sticker not the entry this is legal correct?

Yes, but to make it legal you have to make a way to enter the drawing WITHOUT buying anything. Like sending you a post card via snail mail.

If you are trying to run an illegal raffle, dressing it up as a business is not going to fly. If people can enter for free it is going to screw up your numbers. Even prizes in cereal boxes can be gotten for free if you write to the manufacturer. Why would someone buy your sticker if they can get an entry for free... And no, you can't say "after so many sales" because it's pretty obvious what you are attempting to do. A rose by any other name is still a stinker....
