12 yrs. ago, I was convicted twice of DUI in Ca. I took care of the first one, went to school on the 2nd, but did not pay my fine.
I quit drinkin after the 2nd DUI- I obviously had a problem. Now, after all these years, I would like to get my license here in Texas. At the time I was convicted, these were misdomeanors. I was wonderin if after all this time, there is still a warrant for my arrest, and how I would go about gettin it cleared up. I do not want to go back to Ca. But I don't want to go to the DM here and be extradited either. Any advice?
