I live in Ohio. My husband has recently started growing marijuana on our resident property, which is solely in my name, as I owned the property before we were married 4 years ago. He is also starting to grow it on a property we bought together. He doesn't know I am aware of all of this. If this is discovered by law officals, what is my liabilty? He is also driving both of our vehicles under the influence of this drug. Do I have a liabilty in this area? Thank you

Yes you have liability. They can seize your property. Your home. Your car. And then you have to try to prove they did it wrongfully, as it is on YOU to prove it. Most won't be able to.

Therefore, You need to have a heart to heart with your husband, and decide what is more important to you, his feelings, or all of your property. Because the government can take all of it without a stitch of remorse.
