Obtaining quit claim deed, property in another state.

We are beneficiaries settling with an IRA custodian for an account that holds undeveloped land in TN. My brother and I are required to provide a quit claim deeds on that property. My brother lives in FL and I live in AZ.

Can I prepare my own quit claim deed?

Or, do I need a lawyer/title co., and can I use one locally or do I need one in the property's state?
