Has anyone ever heard or actively use this expedited judgment procedure? If so, does it hold well in court?

Can anyone shed any light on this procedure and court process.

Been there done that...hence the posting here...what are the pitfalls, adventures and the like...is my ?

My question continues...judgment based "warrant of attorney" filed as instructed...fully documented and executed...the basis of outcome from the defendant. I am fully ready to enact this "procedure" and would like the downside of the courtside judgment. Playing both sides of the game at this time.

Procedurally, if I understand you correctly, "both sides of the game" isn't possible.

This might be easier if you tell us what you're trying to accomplish.
