O-1A premium processing still pending past the promised timeframe

My employer filed my O-1A petition with premium processing over a month ago and there's still been no action. I know USCIS moved the premium processing timeframe to 30 business days for O-1 petitions this year. For anyone whose case ran past that window - did you get an approval or an RFE, and was the premium fee refunded automatically or did you have to request it?

30 business days ago was September 18. Was your petition submitted before or after that date?

Do you or does your employer have an attorney handling this? If so, have you addressed your inquiry to the attorney?
