does anyone know what the law says on illegaly crossing over the hov lane. a friend of mine recieved a ticket for this and wanted to know if he will recieve any points on his license if he pleads guilty.
the points are what really matters to him.. if there are any points involved i told him to pleady not guilty and try to have it reduced to something not involing points on his license. also the office who wrote up the ticket has chicken scratch handwriting and you can barely make ANYTHING out. so I could he could have a pretty descent chance on the plead bargain if he pleads no guilty.
any opinons or thoughts would be appreciated.. thanks
