P panslif New Member Jun 30, 2008 #1 In NY, a disposition has to be provided by the officer 32 days from the date of the speeding ticket. It has been more than that in my case and I have not received anything. Will this warrant my ticket being thrown out?

L lwpat Moderator Jun 30, 2008 #2 Did you request the deposition and do you have proof of the date your request was received? If so, you can make a motion for dismissal.
