I have been advised by the court to submit an Information Subpoena to his bank to get details and then follow procedures for permission to freeze his monetary assets to force payment. I don't have a cancelled check or know anyone in the banking business. How do I find out where he banks for his business?
Finally, where do I get help to fill out the Information subpoena myself. The leagleeze terminology is somewhat confusing. I don't want to screw this up... Any examples out there?
