I'm 22 and I have been here for 2 yrs.I have a green card but I'm not the citizen.This is my 1st time shoplifting and being caught.The stuffs worth 60 dollars.I don't have criminal record.But I got a ticket about subway fare evasion before.I'm gonna see the judge at 6/21/10.As I'm a immigrant,I don't know too much here.I'm so scared now.What do I have to do now?Do I have to go to jail?It's any way or can I do any community service to remove this record?Thank you for helping me.And I swear I will never do it again.
