My name is Williams and I am new ,I am filing a notice of motion at the federal court of Canada for documents discovery.

Does anyone know how to do that and is there any form to follow?

You might want to search for other sites dealing with Canadia law. This site is pretty much on US law. You might want to try other sites as well.........Who knows, someone here might know something.
