This is to notify me that:

[X] Judgement was entered for $xxx.xx, for Rent in Arrears+Court Costs

*defendant agrees to vacate by xx/xx/xx at x:no:xpm

[X] Possession granted if money judgement is not satisfied by time of eviction.

The last [X] is the part that I do not fully understand...when do I legally have to pay this judgement?

I am not trying to be a wise-guy here, but do I have to pay this immediately or within a certain amount of time? Or can I pay the judgement before my date of eviction (which is in less than 30 from the date of judgement).

I do not want to do anything that will allow my landlord to take further action.

I appreciate your input. Thank you.
