N NHSpeeder New Member Mar 27, 2007 #1 I was stopped in NH for 61 in a 35. That's 26mph over the posted limit. The fine schedule does not give an amount but rather says "must appear". Does anyone know if 26+ over the posted limit is considered "reckless operation"? Thanks
