New home defects

I purchased a new home in December 2002. My house is falling apart and the builder will not do a thing. What can I do to fight back. See Pictures

What are the terms of your agreement and the warranties in your contract?

What do you mean by terms? We signed a binding arbitration clause. Can we get out of that?

Arbitration is just where the matter will be settled. We don't know what the damage to your house is, the cause, and who might be responsible. For example, if there was a hurricane in the area and it caused some damage to your home that may not be the builder's responsibility. This is a very fact intensive issue.
