I bought a new car, all paper work signed and sale final. When I got home the business office, of the dealership, called and said that she had transposed a number (the sale price) and I was asked if I would re-do the paper work and give another $300 dollars. Can they legaly make me do that?

Yes, if you agree to it.

Otherwise, tell them you are happy with the price and see no need to change it.

This is a very common trick that car dealers use.
