My three daughters are bullied by the neighborhood kids everytime they go outside. They are called hurtful names, receive racist comments, and are threatened with violence. My four year old daughter was called a b**** and a wh*** by one of the bullies. I have spoken to the police about the matter, they said nothing could be done. I have spoken to the parents of the kids and they said kids will be kids, and a couple of times they threatened to have me or my husband beat up by a family member of theirs. I have called CPS and health and human services, (they are foster parents.) I feel my children have gone through a great deal of pain and suffering for what they have to go through. They can't even go out and play like normal kids. I feel like the only way I can get through to these people is to sue them. Can I sue for harrassment and/or pain and suffering?
