Neighbor Harrassment?

I have a neighbor who is constantly calling the police and animal control because my dog barks(this is during the day, he does not bark at night). The dog does not bark constantly, he may bark if someone comes into our yard or if our other neighbor is mowing his grass. There are also 4 other dogs in the two houses beside us and they bark also, so it is not always my dog that is doing the barking. She has also made complaints against us for keeping our trash can on our front porch. My husband leaves his work tools on our porch, she complains about that too. I am at my wits end and short of moving I do not know how else to handle this situation.

If you are an owner, contact your HOA or POA. If you are a renter, contact your landlord so s/he can, through the HOA or POA, address the issue with the neighbor. In the meantime, consider putting a muzzle on your dog until the situation is resolved. Hope this helps!
