Need advice, we are in an area where shooting guns is totally legal and the police agree every time. Any time our neighbor hears guns she sends the police to our house, a few times I was even out of state working when she said I was shooting. She has done this at least 5 times it is embarrassing having police line up in my driveway and my 3 kids wonder if I am doing anything wrong. She also refers to us as the white people so I feel she may have some racial issues with us also. I want to see if I am within my right to file a harassment charge or anything against her.
