My Name is Lynn, I was a consumer shopping a Victoria secrets. I was getting a shirt down off the top shelf and the board fell upon my head injuring me, consistent head aches for a few weeks. I had a CAT scan and a MRI imaging done. I was exposed to radiations put on multiple medications, I even had a reactions to one of the medications . The conclusion is I was diagnosed with a concussion and post concussion syndrome. I even lost my job in the month od December due to the lack of missing work. Due I have a case and how do I proceed.
