need to know video law

I outfit trophy deer hunts in schuyler county illinois.
when i have time i do a lot if videos on my farms of trophy deer .
In 2009 i had some videos i needed to edit so a man i know did the edit work for me for a trophy deer hunt with me which he got.
Now he tells me to remove the videos from my web site and youtub that they are his videos and not mine.
What i need to know is are the videos mine or his .WHAT IS THE LAW.

You've got plenty more videoes of deer slaughter.

You can make more, where those came from.

I'd just take the damn things down.
