Yesterday night, I was pulled over for the first time and got my first ticket. The ticket is for "Exibition of Speed" and also says "Reckless donuts".
Now I know that it may sound stupid for me not to pay the 75$ fee and move on, but I believe that this is a moving violation which in turn means points in my driving record?
Is there any way that I could apply for driving school or something that would wipe this offense from my record?
Also, I noticed that on the ticket, the officer completely wrote down the wrong info about my car. He wrote down 01 instead of 98 and wrote down the wrong license plate numbers. Worst case scenario, if I do take this to court, can I use this to somehow get out of the ticket?
