Personal Bankruptcy Need Help With Company

Hi I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is legal if i am not licensed nor an attorney but I have clients that know my work and would rather work with me then a attorney to do their loan modification. (Because they do not have time)
How can I go about with this?
Can I just have them sign a power of attorney, with a authorization, and a agreement that they will pay me for the services??

Depends on what's involved in doing a loan modification. If you're giving legal advice or filing court documents for your clients, you're liable to be charged with practicing law without a license. Whether or not they sign all that stuff.
