need help on house fast

I am with this company that fiance my house I have been paying my own insurance and taxes for the last 3 years because when we refiance that is how we sit it up anyway now they are put us in escrow and making our payment 75.00 dollars more a month can they do this legal please let me know because we have to make the first payment on that the 1 of feburary 2005

they generally can not do this unless you were behind on you insurance or taxes. the lender has a right to protect its interest
