A false criminal charged to me by someone with some criminal activity. And IO filed chargesheet regarding this case. If in chargesheet IO not mentioned my name as guilty then what should be done from my end? if mentioned my name then also what should be done from my end? i was not appalled for bail till now. So in that case there may be any chance to issue arrest warrant to me or court send to me any notice regarding the chargesheet first if not getting response from me then it will be issue?

Let me be the first to say this: HUH?

If you are charged with a crime then you speak to your attorney...and only your attorney.

Were you charged with criminal destruction of the English language?

Virtually nothing in you post makes any sense.

Like the others, I can barely make sense of any of your post.

I'm not sure what "IO" stands for or what a "chargesheet" might be, but if you're being accused of a crime by law enforcement or have actually been charged with a crime, your next step should be to consult with a criminal defense attorney.

I deleted the other thread as a duplicate. This one has the best advice.

    Get an attorney.
