Recently I recieved a notice of hearing stating that a motion for contempt has been filed against me for failing to answer and send back a court ordered fact information sheet. I never recieved an information sheet or any kind of document stating anything had been court ordered. The first I knew about it was when I recieved the notice of hearing. What can I do and what should I take with me or expect in court? Also the lawsuit is only in my name and has nothing to do with my husband. Do I have to give the lawyers his information as well as my own?
