Dear community,
I want to create a NDA for freelancers. The idea is that the company intends to contract their services for some future projects and I was thinking to do just one NDA that will be valid for every future project. For every project they will have a separate freelancing contract, but I want to keep that separated from the NDA. I just want to ask if you think it might be a problem to do a NDA for every future project, because from what I know I could not find anything that might be problematic. It's just way easier to just sign 1 NDA instead of having to sign a NDA for every project.
