I just got a speeding ticket of 69 in a 45. Can I get a prayer of judgement, and if so, will it raise my insurance any or cause me to lose my license? thanks

It depends on the judge and your prior record. Call the clerk of court and ask if you are eligible.

If you do get a Prayer for Judgement it will not show for insurance or suspension purposes.

Note that it can be taken only once every three years.
