How do I plead?

If I was arrested walking to get my vehicle and my vehicle was parked somewhere by a friend in a gated community where I was charged with trespassing and my vehicle was seized to get a search warrant and after they completed the search of my vehicle can I be charged seperately in another case with what was found in my vehicle at a later date

Let's say I was stopped in my vehicle because a shots fired was reported and my truck matches the vehicle description in that area where that occurred. Upon the stop my passenger is removed from vehicle where cop suddenly sees gun stuffed in passenger seat I'm removed k9 brought out drugs found on passenger side then I find out license and registration suspended. Then the officer says I can go home if I get them an arrest to call him next day and I avoid it all afterwards can I be charged with all those charges at later date and after my passenger claimed to have taken all the charges from stop that night

Two incidents but being charged with 3 felonies. First my car was borrowed and I was told I could retrieve it in a gated community as I go to get it I'm arrested charged with trespassing my car is towed and search warrant served on it. I'm being charged with something found in it. Seperate incident I'm giving a friend a ride I get pulled over cops end up finding gun and drugs in my car on passenger side I had no knowledge of them and they're not mine. None of it was mine can I beat the drug charges

I can not afford attorney appointed a public defender!

You were asked several times to stop creating multiple threads and asking teh same question.
You continue violating the rules.
You have also had your questions answered.
There is nothing more we can do for you.

You leave me no other choice, one of the mods, AJ

You are under no legal obligation to SNITCH out anyone, whether the police released you (as in the scenario you described above), or if had been arrested, or released without comment.

Bottom line, if the police contact you, you would be best served to simply say, "Sorry, I wish to use my right to remain silent, and I am invoking."

Now, the police might lie to you, which is legal for them to do, be nice to you, be mean to you, try to scare you, or anything to get you to talk.

Not to worry, even if you're arrested, your lawyer will know what to do.

Generally speaking, cops don't turn you loose because they are your pals.

If you are turned loose, they had NOTHING on you.

They may later get something on you, but at the time of contact, they had nothing (or something so useless and small) against you.

So, like a minnow, they threw you back to perhaps catch at another time and place.

You got your mulligan, be smart, choose your friends more carefully (go ride like a lone wolf); just be grateful you didn't GET GOT!

Any answer would be a guess.

I don't speculate and play guessing games.

As you posited your question, the answer is YES.

YES, you may have placed yourself in criminal jeopardy.

If you are arrested, you simply INVOKE, remain silent, request a lawyer.

The last thing you want to do is start barking, howling, and yapping.

Plead not guilty, ask the judge to appoint you a public defender, and then shut up.

Only discuss this with your lawyer.

I suggest you be more careful, and then you won't have to worry about the cops messing with, or even arresting you.

You might want to purge your list of friends.
