my mother died when i was 12 my aunt was given custody and the executor of her will and property. she got $900 a month is social security for me and the life insurance from my mothers job but would never tell me how much that was and by the time i was 18 all my money was gone. all i got was a $3500 kia and a 2 bed room house which was rented out until i was 18 and moved in. the will does not state how much the life insurance was either and the house wont be mine until im 25 which is at the end of next year.i just want to know if i could find out how much i got and if im screwed since my mom left my aunt in charge of everything including my money.
