I injured my back 2 1/2 years ago and have gone through 2 injections, 2 operations and therapy. I am scheduled to meet with another specialist next week to discuss my options. I know from the past that the insurance company has to pay you for a lose of limbs but is there anything in the law for a damaged lower back? It has affected my way of life and looks like I will have difficulty for the remainder. Please advise.
