My 33 yr. old daughter was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the course of the stop they searched her car. She had 3 prescription pills that she does not have a script for. They were muscle relaxers that I had given her a 6+ months ago, ( they were prescribed for me) when she had strained the muscles in her neck. She was arrested and taken to jail for possession of a dangerous drug. I would like to know if charges can be brought against me for giving her the pills? Thank you in advance for your help.
