My daughter (age 5) was hit and almost run over by 30-40 shopping carts at ((Big Name Corp) yesterday. The carts were operated by an attendant at one end and no attendant at the other end (where my daughter was). The carts hit her on her leg and she fell over. If I had not grabbed her up, and had my husband not been yelling at him to "stop", she would have been run over completely. We filled out an Incident Report and went to Children's Memorial Hospital (Illinois). The Doctor said she was fine, but she is still distraught about this! Can we sue this large company for this traumatic incident and at the same time make them aware of how their automatic cart machines are being poorly used and managed?

The fact Doctor says she was "fine" limits any rewards you "might" win. However talk to an Attorney to be sure
