My brother is getting out of jail and cant leave the state Sex Crimes, Sex Offenders

    My brother is getting out of jail very soon, for a probation violation. He is not allowed to leave the state of Florida. He will be homeless and jobless.
    - Unless one of us moves to Florida. He has family in Alabama, Kentucky and South Carolina that would welcome him into their home and help him get a job. But none of us can afford to just up and move to Florida to help him there. How can we get him to be able to leave the state of Florida. None of us have the money to hire a lawyer to really help us. Please give adivice. I would really appreciate it.

    Ok let me make sure I understand. I have seen several of your replies and questions. Your brother

    . Has violated probation for what charge?
    . Is a convicted sex offender offense against a minor I believe


    Ok I am going to say and the mods may remove it if they so choose. He quite a piece of work isnt he? His probation is what it is. Talk to his probation Officer and what if anything can be done.
