My birth control punctured husband's penis.

My husband's penis was punctured by my birth control, an IUD. I was just wondering if there was a lawsuit there. thanks
 
That would be for an Attorney to decide but it seems (from a laymans view) that the device was inpropery placed thus causing the injury
