I have an aunt who passed away about a month ago. I got papers this weekend that she left me a little money. I am in the middle of a bankruptcy and by that I mean, I've paid the attorney's fees, but it has not actually been filed with the courts. I know how horrible this sounds, but what can I do to keep this money out of the hands of my creditors?
