I was verbally contact by a plumber to be a sub on his job site and install a sewer liner on a property in Brentwood ,CA. We were to receive payment upon completion. Once I sent the invoice to him a day later I was told that he yet had not been paid if I could wait till the end of the week so he could collect and then pay me. From there on I have got all kinds of excuse and the run around. 14 months and still can't get a cent from him.
