The keypad stopped working on my Motorola cell phone four months after I got it. I contacted my provider which is Sprint and they said I had to deal with Motorola that they couldn't help me. Motorola told me how to pack it and where to ship it which I did on June 26. They received it the 5th of July and I still don't have my phone back. I called Sprint again and they said that someone downloaded ring tones and other data during the time that Motorola had possession of the phone. They credited my account but that's the extent of their help and Motorola has been giving me the runaround every time I call them.
