Yesterday I went to a pretrial hearing to request a trial for a speeding citation. Am I able to still have a motion for discover after the pretrial hearing? I had no idea I needed to request this before a pretrial hearing nor had I ever heard of this motion. And not only that, I wasn't sure if I wanted to request this item anyways. The item I am requesting is the video from my traffic stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated
