Hello, a money transmitter has hired a collection agency to obtain funds from me after my bank did chargeback. This money transmitter is not licensed in my state. What can I do to protect myself? Thanks

No I am asking for legal advise to the question posted. There is no bill, a chargeback was done to obtain my own money from this dishonest company.
