Mar 12, 2009 #1 D deadhed New Member i bought a matress a few years ago from macys. it has a mark on it that the associate said was dirt on it. i suspect that it is mold and have had health issues since. is there anything i can do to have the bedding replaced?

Mar 12, 2009 #2 D dee_dub Moderator You can't get anything done on the mere suspicion that it is moldy. Even if it's moldy now, maybe it wasn't when you bought it. You can always appeal to Macy's enlightened self-interest in keeping their customers happy.
