If trusteeecin bankruptcy7 takes your money and doesnt dischargevyou the dispurses your money , some of it to creditors can u get the remaining balance back?

No. The idea of Ch. 7 is discharging your debts. If the trustee gets money from you, they will convert that into payments.

But I have a question because there is an exception to the general rule.

What did the trustee do with the the money that was not paid to creditors?

There are exempt assets that can not be taken in a chapter 7 bankruptcy or are exempt up to a certain amount.

Where did this money come from such as wages, social society of some sort, savings........
