My husband convinced me to quit claim my home (which I enherited from my parents) to him with the promise to return it to me. We had 2 drawn up, one in his name and one in both our names in 2000. He has now quit claimed the property to his neice. I will be filing for divorce as soon as I save up enough money. Is what he did legal? Do I have any rights as his spouse? I am living in the property now but afraid that any day I could be served eviction papers.
