   I live in Kansas and when i was younger I recieved to tickets one for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. My question is i need to know what class or code these Misdemeanors are and have been unsuccessful in finding out. Thank You for your time.

   311.325 and 311.325: Purchase or possession by minor -- misdemeanor -- you could have been convicted both times under this statute. I'm not sure exactly what it says but sometimes a possession statute could also include consumption as your having "possessed" the alcohol. You should be able to obtain your own records and determine the charges.
