I received a citation for being in Santa Monica park after closing hours. I did not appear in court, and now I do have an active warrant. How long would i possibly spend in jail if I do go to jail? And, about how much would my fines be?

No one can really answer that. You need to take care of your warrant ASAP and then you won't have a problem.

If not you may get locked up and these things usually happen at the most inconvenient times.
