If you go to court for ex parte, Can the judge enter into evidence something, that has nothing to do with the case, then enter a judgment on said paper?? When the ONLY way a judgment can be made on said paper, is to have a Dr. exam and give a report on said paper, then and ONLY then can a ruling be made. What is ones recourse, as the judge is retiring at years end.
