Ok, well yesterday Wednsday, May 24, 2006 a couple of friends and I were hanging out playing poker in his garage when a cop car pulled up in front of his house and attempted to talk to us, but instead we just walked inside and closed the door. My friend had beer cans on the poker table so now the cops are trying to charge him with MIP but in his case hes on probation and he could possibly be going to jail for a couple of years. To add on to the fact the whole reason that they came to our house to begin with is because some children down the street were fighting and they thought that we had something to do with it. I have a question, if one of the guys that was with us ran out the back would we all be considered evading arrest, if we never talked with the police in the first place?
