hey i need advice...im from nebraska and i got my 3rd mip, Im already looking for new friends and getting back into my old church to try to figure more things out but here's what happened, I was at a party and we saw that there were cops coming so the minors went downstairs and we sat there until the cops came down stairs. Im 18 and so they took everyone who was 18 and over, upstairs and asked us if we were drinking, we all said no and they never breathalized us or anything and then took us, handcuffed us, and brought us to jail. We were there over night and they made us get breathalized until we were under the legal limit. Im wondering if i can get out of it because they never read us our rights and the first time i got an mip and went to jail they put all of us in a big room and read us our rights. So is there a way to get out of it with not getting my rights read to me and also whatmight be some outcomes of this?
